Many companies prefer to employ students over a longer period than a 6-month internship. Students are given more responsibility, and greater confidence in their teams enables them to progress more rapidly. The French government continues to support companies with fewer than 250 employees with a €5,000 bonus for hiring an apprentice in the first year of their contract. This bonus is €2,000 for companies with more than 250 employees.

An interesting financial equation
In a study-work program, training costs are financed by the companies, so you don't have to pay for your studies. You'll also be paid in accordance with legal requirements.
A fast-paced but instructive environment
The work-study rhythm is always more intense than initial training, but it has the advantage of being more formative and of being able to immediately put into practice the skills acquired during training in the workplace.
For the 2025-2026 academic year, Crews is proposing a work-study schedule of 1 week in class / 3 weeks on the job , which corresponds as closely as possible to the needs of companies.

You can choose to take your Crews training as an initial or sandwich course.
How much does it cost to join a training course?
Tuition fees vary according to the year of study. These are detailed on the pages for each course and on the page dedicated to financing. If you choose to follow a work-study program, your tuition fees may be paid in full or in part by the OPCO. If there is a balance to be paid, this is sent to the host company. No tuition fees can be charged to students under an apprenticeship contract. However, whether you opt for an initial or sandwich course, an application fee of €190 is required. This fee is used to prepare your application, validate your place on the course and set up follow-up before the course begins.
