Work-study programs are the most obvious route to professional integration. As such, we must encourage, support and promote it.

A format popular with students

Learning throughexperience in the field is a formative experience that enables you to integrate corporate issues more quickly. Students who have completed a work-study program are often placed more quickly.

...and by companies!

Many companies prefer to employ students over a longer period than a 6-month internship. Students are given more responsibility, and greater confidence in their teams enables them to progress more rapidly. The French government continues to support companies with fewer than 250 employees with a €5,000 bonus for hiring an apprentice in the first year of their contract. This bonus is €2,000 for companies with more than 250 employees.

In a study-work program, training costs are financed by the companies, so you don't have to pay for your studies. You'll also be paid in accordance with legal requirements.

A fast-paced but instructive environment

The work-study rhythm is always more intense than initial training, but it has the advantage of being more formative and of being able to immediately put into practice the skills acquired during training in the workplace.
For the 2025-2026 academic year, Crews is proposing a work-study schedule of 1 week in class / 3 weeks on the job , which corresponds as closely as possible to the needs of companies.
