Tuition 2025-2026 - sandwich course
Bachelors course fee: €9,900
Masters course fee: €21,800 (€10,900 per year)
MBAcourse fee : €11,900
These costs may be covered by OPCOs and companies if the course is taken under an apprenticeship or professionalization contract.
If there is a remaining charge, it will need to be validated by the host company.
Registration fees
Once you've been accepted, you'll need to confirm your enrolment. To do this, you need to complete and sign your enrolment form, and pay €190 for enrolment fees, for both initial and sandwich courses.
- For sandwich courses, this marks the start of support in your search for a company. You'll need to sign an apprenticeship or professionalization contract before you can officially join the program.
- For initial training, you'll also need to pay 10% of the course fee to finalize your enrolment.
Seminar fees
As part of Bac+3 to Bac+5 courses, students are offered seminars at In-person . They are not compulsory at In-person , but are strongly recommended.
During seminars at In-person in France:
- travel expenses are paid by the student,
- accommodation and meals (morning/midday) are paid by Crews*.
During seminars at In-person abroad:
- all expenses are paid by Crews*.
*A lump-sum advance of €300 is required to confirm participation if, at the time the seminar takes place, the student has not yet paid his or her tuition fees (for initial training) or if Crews has not obtained an agreement to cover mobility costs (for apprenticeship contracts).
This will be reimbursed to the student in the month following payment of tuition or mobility fees by the OPCO.
Other Optional Charges
Other fees may apply depending on your situation and wishes.
- Fees for international students: €400 (including application preparation, follow-up, integration assistance, etc.)
- Fees for development support during the gap year: €800 (if the student wishes to be supported during the gap year)
- TOEIC fees: €132 (if the student wishes to take the TOEIC test during the course)
Financing
Training courses can be financed by:
- cash payment (a 5% reduction on training fees is applied)
- payment in instalments (10% on registration, 30% before the start of training, then 4 instalments of 15%)
Certain financial facilities can be agreed in consultation with management.
It is possible to finance your training through:
- a personal loan
- direct payment by a company
- payment by France Travail through the Aide Individuelle à la Formation (AIF) or as part of a Contrat de Sécurisation Professionnelle (CSP).

For vocational training
Inter-company training
Inter-company training involves several people taking part in the same training session.
The cost of training is per participant and varies according to the module and its duration.
A minimum of 2 participants is required for a session to be guaranteed.
In-company training
Intra-company training is dedicated to a single company, and the training content is tailored to the company's needs. A dedicated team takes care of structuring the training with your employees. Training can be carried out at In-person or Online.
Training costs are based on training time, project coordination and pedagogical engineering. Costs may vary according to the level of adaptation and customization required.

Payment terms and fees
- For inter-company training: a deposit of 30%is required on validation of the quotation .
Thebalance of 70% must be paid no more than 7 days before the start of the training course.
In the case of personal financing, payment can be made up to 5 times at no extra cost.
- For in-company training: a deposit of 50% is required upon validation of the quotation .
The remaining 50% must be paid on completion of the course.
In the case of In-person training (only concerns intra-company training), you will need to allow for additional costs invoiced on an actual basis:
- Travel/transportation costs for participants
- Catering costs for participants
- Accommodation costs for participants
If the company has a payment subrogation agreement with its OPCO, training costs will be invoiced directly to the OPCO, after receipt of the agreement to cover costs, and after completion of the training action.
In the absence of receipt of the payment agreement 7 days prior to the training start date, the company receiving the training undertakes to pay the full invoice directly.
Financing and grants
It is possible to have your training financed by :
- personal funding
- direct funding by your company
- funding by the OPCO
- your company's skills development plan
- funding by the Congé de Transition Professionnel
- funding by France Travail through the Aide Individuelle à la Formation (AIF) or as part of a Contrat de Sécurisation Professionnelle (CSP)
