Rates, fees and financing

Because training is essential throughout life, but often difficult to finance in full, Crews offers a variety of financing options. Whatever your situation, we have a solution to help you finance your training.

For Bac+3 and Bac+5 courses

Tuition fees 2025-2026

Bachelor's degree (B3): €9,900
1st year of Master (M1): €10,900
2nd year of Master (M2): €10, 900
MBA: €11, 900

In Work-Study Program

These costs may be covered by OPCOs and companies if the training is carried out under an apprenticeship contract or a professionalization contract.
If there is a balance to be paid, this must be validated by the host company.

Registration fees

Once you've been accepted, you'll need to confirm your enrolment. To do this, you need to complete and sign your enrolment form, and pay €190 for enrolment fees, for both initial and sandwich courses.

- For sandwich courses, this marks the start of support in your search for a company. You'll need to sign an apprenticeship or professionalization contract before you can officially join the program.
- For initial training, you'll also need to pay 10% of the course fee.

Seminar Expenses

In Bac+3 to Bac+5 courses, students are offered seminars at In-person . They are not compulsory in In-person but are strongly recommended.

During seminars in In-person in France:
- travel expenses are paid by the students,
- accommodation and meals (morning/midday) are paid by Crews.

During seminars in In-person abroad:
- all expenses are paid by Crews.

If a student has not paid the tuition fees (or validated an apprenticeship contract) by the time the seminar takes place, a lump-sum advance of 300€ is requested from the student to confirm participation. This will be reimbursed in the month following the first payment of fees or the signing of an apprenticeship contract.

Other Optional Charges

Other fees may apply depending on your situation and wishes.

- Fees for international students: €400 (including application preparation, follow-up, integration assistance, etc.)
- Fees for development support during the gap year: €800 (if the student wishes to be supported during the gap year)
- TOEIC fees: €132 (if the student wishes to take the TOEIC test during the course)
