The student experience
Onboarding and offboarding
At the start of each training course, the first week, known as"onboarding week", is marked out to enable students to get to know each other and easily create links with each other and with the instructors. Likewise, the last week of each course is dedicated to an"offboarding week", to ensure that each student's next steps are taken with peace of mind.
Remote learning
Remote learning allows each student to find an ideal living environment. We also provide you with a "Remote Learning" charter , which explains and sets out how it works, so that it can be carried out under the best possible conditions.
Personalized support
Throughout the course, regular exchanges take place to ensure that you have acquired the skills you need and that they are perfectly adapted to your expectations. More formal personalized support sessions are scheduled throughout the year to take stock of your progress and prospects.
Mutual satisfaction
Every course, every teaching format and every speaker is carefully selected to have a positive impact on your skills. In fact, it's important for theExperience team to gather feedback on the content delivered. A satisfaction survey is carried out at the end of each module or teaching format, to help us continually improve the quality of our teaching services.
Crews' Experience
Teaching programs
Ongoing program development
We update our programs on an ongoing basis through regular monitoring, in conjunction with our course managers, and the regular meetings of our advanced training committee. Each year, some 20% to 30% of courses and speakers are modified to make room for the latest developments.
Versatility required
The development of multi-skilled profiles is a strong Crews commitment to enabling you to work and flourish in a wide range of contexts. In our training programs, the emphasis is on the acquisition of cross-functional skills, enabling you to master a wider range of competencies than just a single area of expertise.

Teaching pace and formats
Course schedule
The pace of classes is linked to that of work-study programs. The days are divided into 3.5-hour classes, punctuated during the week by time spent working on projects.
Intensive weeks
Intensive weeks are weeks dedicated to acquiring one or more skills in project mode. There is a fast pace to design, and deliver a finished product by the end of the week.
Examples of intensive weeks: UX/UI Design, Acquisition, Responding to a call for tenders, Finance, Data
Projects
Project weeks are weeks dedicated to carrying out projects on behalf of companies or in an academic context. They are often carried out over a long period of time, and enable students to put into practice all the skills acquired during their training.
Examples: real projects for a company in the sector, intrapreneurship or entrepreneurship projects, professional projects.
Evaluations
Validation by skill blocks
Assessments are based on the acquisition of skill blocks specific to each qualification awarded. Continuous assessment, mid-term exams, project presentations - the formats are varied to best reflect the acquisition of the targeted skills.
Examinations and juries
Presentations are an excellent way of putting yourself in a professional position to present the form and content of your work. This format is used extensively throughout the course. Juries are made up exclusively of professionals and lecturers, so that skills can be judged in the same way as in the workplace.
