Our class Master Digital & Tourism is mobilized for 3 months on a long-term project to upgrade the employer brand of the Selectour travel agency network.

Employer branding encompasses all the actions taken by a company to promote its image to job applicants, build employee loyalty and manage its reputation and e-reputation as an employer.

Today, employer branding is a very important issue for any company wishing to recruit and retain talent. Digital technology plays a major role in the recruitment process, not only enhancing a company's reputation in terms of the quality of working life for its employees, but also reducing recruitment costs.

There are many elements to work on and put in place to promote a good employer brand and make candidates want to apply for a job with a company.

We expect our students to come up with an attractive employer brand and an optimized employee career path, as well as quality deliverables such as a redesigned career mini-site, a Welcome to the Jungle profile and an inclusive digital communications campaign to recruit travel agents.

To better understand Selectour's DNA, our students had the chance to talk with Bertrand Bonnefoi, Digital and Marketing Director at Selectour. As a result, our students will be able to put forward recommendations that will enable Selectour to remain an employer of choice in the tourism sector.
