The E-reputation & Hospitality course is designed to give you a broad understanding of the issues involved in the online reputation of a hotel or accommodation. You will be trained in the methods, best practices and tools needed to best manage the e-reputation of an online accommodation.
On completion of the course, students will be able to take up positions related to e-reputation management in the hospitality sector, implementing strategies to optimize the online image of establishments.
They can also continue their training to deepen their skills in digital marketing and communications in the hospitality sector.
The first intake of trainees has not yet completed the course. Results will be updated at that time.
