The aim of the E-reputation & Tourism training course is to provide a broad understanding of the issues involved in the online reputation of a destination or tourism player. You will be trained in the methods, best practices and tools needed to manage online e-reputation as effectively as possible.
At the end of the course, learners will be able to manage and optimize the e-reputation of a tourist establishment, by applying appropriate strategies on online platforms.
They will also be able to deepen their skills in digital marketing and communications to strengthen their expertise in the tourism sector.
The first intake of trainees has not yet completed the course. Results will be updated at that time.
