As part of their training, students at Master Digital & Tourism were given the opportunity to audit a tourism company. They chose Coucoo Cabanes, an innovative player in the ecotourism hotel sector.
The students chose to work on Coucoo Cabanes for several reasons:
They therefore audited numerous elements linked to Coucoo Cabanes and its operations, and then drew up strategic recommendations to be used and proposed to the company.
At the end of the audit, our M1 students presented their work to a panel of professionals, followed by a discussion.
These strategic recommendations were also presented during the week to Laurène Giudicelli, Marketing and Communications Director at Coucoo Cabanes. As a result, she was able to clarify a number of points for them, and give them concrete pointers for the intrapreneurship project they are about to embark on.
The students will now be fully integrated into the company's operations as they pursue their tourism intrapreneurship project.
