Intrapreneurial project at Coucoo Cabanes

At Crews, we believe in the power of experiential learning. With this in mind, our students had the opportunity to work on an intrapreneurial project in collaboration with Coucoo Cabanes, a company specializing in high-end, eco-responsible atypical accommodation.

A strategic challenge for our Digital & Tourism Master students

‍

As part of their training, our Master Digital & Tourism students were asked to carry out a strategic audit and propose recommendations for developing Coucoo Cabanes' seminar offering. The assignment involved an in-depth market study, a competitive analysis and the design of a development strategy tailored to the needs of companies looking for exceptional venues for their business events. This work was to culminate in a digital creation.

An immersive, professional approach

The students worked with Laurène Giudicelli, Marketing & Communications Director at Coucoo Cabanes. They applied their skills in digital marketing, market analysis and project management to formulate concrete, actionable recommendations. This experience enabled them to develop essential skills, while contributing to a real project with a direct impact on the company.

Each company can submit a project for our students from Bac+3 to Bac+5.

A project with concrete results

‍

The students' work culminated in the presentation of strategic recommendations to Coucoo Cabanes. Among the proposed areas of development:

  • Creation of a sub-brand for Coucoo Cabanes dedicated to BtoB customers.
  • Creation of a website designed for the BtoB market, in particular by working on SEO around keywords related to this type of event, but also to highlight the value proposition linked to this target business clientele.
  • Proposed reorganization of the missions of each Coucoo Cabanes employee to support these changes.

These recommendations will serve as a basis for the future deployment of Coucoo Cabanes' seminar offering, illustrating the concrete impact of the intrapreneurial projects carried out by Crews students.

This project has been an enriching experience for both our students and Coucoo Cabanes. It is a perfect illustration of the added value of training based on real-life situations and the importance of digital skills in the tourism and events sector.
