September 7, 2023 - Crews Education announces the arrival ofEmilie Jung as Director of Operations. With 15 years' experience in training, she has successively worked in various positions in the sector: educational management, engineering, quality and professional training. Most recently, she was Head of Operations at Galileo Entreprises, part of the Galileo Global Education group, world leader in independent higher education.
In her new role, Emilie will bring her operational expertise to the running of Crews, as well as her extensive knowledge of quality processes. In particular, she will be responsible for pedagogical engineering, quality, and relations with stakeholders and partners. She will also be responsible for setting up and developing the Crews Experience team, which is central to the organization and responsible for monitoring the learner experience.
Emilie says: "I'm delighted to be joining Crews and contributing to this ambitious new project. The specialization of the courses by sector will enable students to obtain the dual skills they need to be employable. The Experience team and I will aim to provide students with the best possible support in their learning and professional projects, focusing on their satisfaction."
