Our Master's students dive deep into the marketing strategies of inspiring companies

As part of their "Sales and Marketing Manager" certification, Crews' Master's students (Bac+5) spent an intense, strategic... and decisive week. Their objective? Carry out a complete company audit and propose an ambitious marketing and sales plan, in line with the real stakes of the chosen company. A real-life challenge, designed to enable them to put into practice what they had learned, while at the same time projecting themselves concretely into their professional future.

Inspiring, high-potential companies

For this certification assessment, the students have selected companies that are close to their hearts: structured, recognized, with a solid track record... and above all, in line with their career aspirations. These structures are also potential partners for their end-of-year intrapreneurial project.

Selected companies include :

  • Marco Vasco: specialist in customized international travel
  • Bouncewear: a key player in streetwear and sportswear
  • Copines de voyages: a community of female travelers who break the codes of solo tourism
  • Urban Soccer: France's leading 5-a-side soccer center
  • Center Parcs - Le Bois des Daims: an emblematic nature village in the heart of Vienne
  • Amplitudes: top-of-the-range travel agency, expert in tailor-made solutions
  • Hachette Tourism: a historic player in travel publishing
  • Kiko Milano: an international cosmetics brand with a dynamic positioning
  • Dynabuy: BtoB network of services for companies and executives

A rich and varied range that reflects the diversity of our students' profiles and passions: tourism, sport, retail, publishing, cosmetics, entrepreneurship... every choice is meaningful.

Tight timing: one week to act

During a dedicated week, each student immersed himself in his target company to understand all the ins and outs: offer, market, positioning, competition, distribution, digital challenges, development ambitions... Nothing was left to chance.

At the end of this immersion, the students carried out :

  • In-depth market research, including market watch, benchmarking and strategic diagnosis
  • A complete marketing plan, including digital levers, business objectives, targets and operational action plan.
  • Two individual defense sessions, including a certification evaluation in front of a jury

This work was carried out in parallel with personalized coaching by our expert speakers: Rogatien Tobossi, Camille Broussin and Marin d'Assignies, who challenged each student's thinking and ability to convince.

An accelerated professional adventure

Beyond the evaluation, this project is an opportunity to position ourselves as a strategic player, to think like a consultant, and to forge concrete links with companies in which our students could be working in the future.

At Crews, we believe in immersive, meaningful training. This audit and marketing plan project is a fine demonstration of this: learn, experiment, propose, pitch. And above all, project yourself into action.
