This week marks a key moment in the life of Crews, with the official launch of the academic year for our Bachelors and Master's classes. Masters. The start of the year is always a special event, an essential step that lays the foundations for what will be an adventure rich in learning and professional opportunities.
At the start of the new school year, our new students had the opportunity to get to know the teaching team, familiarize themselves with the tools and working methods, and above all begin to forge links with their future project partners. It was in this dynamic atmosphere that we unveiled the many aspects of training at Crews.
The back-to-school event kicked off with a presentation by Camille Broussin, our Managing Director, and Emilie Jung, Director of Operations. Camille and Emilie reiterated their commitment to the individual and collective success of each student, as well as the values on which our school is founded. Their speech underlined the importance of everyone's involvement in making the most of this training experience.
They also highlighted our mission: to create a stimulating, collaborative and flexible learning environment that best prepares our students for the challenges of the professional world.
This year, we welcome students from 14 different departments, with an average age of almost 23, across all classes. And it's once again women who make up a large majority of our classes, as they represent 73% of our new students.
We also took the time to make an individual presentation of each student. They answered a few questions that gave us a better understanding of their personalities. This enabled us to discover some surprisingly varied profiles: the curious, the athletic, the organized, the motivated, the sleepers, the artists, the tinkerers, the volunteers and even the chefs! Although some students share similar personality traits, their diversity is a real strength. This richness will enable them to combine their talents and individualities to create a unique collective dynamic throughout their career.
Each student brings a unique perspective to our community, helping to create a dynamic learning network where everyone can flourish.
They'll have an even better opportunity to get to know each other at our seminar at In-person the following week!
Our students have also had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the digital tools that will be an integral part of their course. In particular, we use Google Workspace for Education, Google Meet, Slack and Edusign, platforms that facilitate remote communication and project management, while encouraging collaboration between students and professionals.
The start of the 2024-2025 academic year marks the beginning of a demanding but exciting career path, with personalized support and concrete career opportunities throughwork-study or initial training. Whether you're a Bachelor or MasterAt Crews, you're at the heart of a digital ecosystem designed to meet the needs of tomorrow's professional world.
We look forward to seeing your talents and projects blossom throughout the year, and are delighted to share a little of your journey with you!
